This document constitutes a public offer (the “Offer”) to use the Framic.us service (the “Service”) under the terms set out below. By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, the user (the “User”) agrees to these Terms of Service and enters into a legally binding agreement with the Service owner (the “Provider”).

1. Description of Services
The Service provides tools for prototyping websites and applications. Users can access various features based on the selected subscription plan (Free or Paid).

2. Subscription and Billing
- The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
- Users may choose and activate a subscription plan at any time.
- Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled.
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time via their account settings.
- After the end of a subscription, projects are stored in archive mode for 2 months. After 3 months, accounts and data may be deleted permanently.

3. Refund Policy
- If the Service fails to function as promised and the User submits a written claim within 30 days of payment, a full refund may be issued.
- No refunds will be granted after 30 days or for unused time during an active subscription.

4. Data and Access
- The User is fully responsible for the confidentiality and security of their login credentials.
- The Provider does not access, share, or process user projects for any purpose other than system functionality.
- Automatic payments (if enabled) can be cancelled at any time by request.

5. Limitations of Liability
The Provider is not liable for:
- Loss of access due to incorrect login data or third-party breaches.
- Account or project deletion due to non-renewal of subscription.
- Any indirect or consequential losses, including profit loss.
- Technical issues caused by third-party providers, networks, or payment systems.
- User content or legal violations conducted using the Service.

6. Termination
The Provider may suspend or terminate access to the Service if a User violates the law or the terms of this agreement.

7. Force Majeure
The Provider is not responsible for delays or failures caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, internet outages, or legal restrictions.
